 Mindset-Reset Challenge

If you suffer from depression, you may also have anhedonia. This is a state where your life is joyless. Your mindset is completely negative, or at best neutral. You lack motivation to do anything and can barely force yourself to complete basic life functions. I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to end up in hospital with no desire to do anything, not even live any more. I pulled myself out of this state slowly, by challenging myself to do something new each day. This became my mindset-reset challenge. I started with going for a walk before breakfast each day, and went from there. While I am not a psychiatrist and have no medical qualifications, my hope is that these videos might help you get back to living with a little more enthusiasm again.
